This portal sells to businesses only, so an account is granted rather than opened. Here is the whole process.

Apply with your company details, EU VAT number and what you plan to do with the range.
We check every application by hand — the company, the VAT number, and what you told us about your business.
You get an email when the account is live — the catalogue and net prices appear at that point, not before.
